Service Agreement & Terms
Please read carefully. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms below. This agreement is entered into between Cherished Words Co. ("Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client") for the purpose of creating a personalized obituary, eulogy, or memorial tribute.
Accuracy Client is responsible for all information provided. Provider drafts based solely on the details submitted in this form.
Revisions Basic: 1 revision. Premium: 3 revisions. Legacy: Unlimited within 72 hours of delivery.
Delivery Basic: 24 hrs. Premium: 24–48 hrs. Legacy: 48–72 hrs. Timelines begin upon receipt of completed form and full payment.
Confidentiality All information is strictly confidential and used solely for the requested tribute. Client data will never be sold or shared.
Payment Payment is due in full prior to delivery. All sales are final once work has commenced.
